1998-Present
Mike Kane, GM
Franchise #2
The Innisfree Group obtained Franchise #2 at a court-ordered auction after John Carter's fraud conviction nullified his claim to ownership of the team. Irish wheeler-dealer Mike Kane, active in TCBA with his Franchise #6 Kilkenny team until divesting after the 1970 season, moved Franchise #2 to Innisfree for the 1998 season. An icon of civic pride, the Dukes are still resident in Innisfree.
