Michael Mancini acquired Franchise #15 at a New York bankruptcy hearing in 1993. He moved the team to Farmington in 1994, where it remains today. The franchise has been relatively stable through the years, with only occasional periods of instability, the most infamous probably being Joe Shabot's wild ride from 1989-1991.
